Vivian is a University of Connecticut graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies. With over six years of experience in healthcare administration and educational psychology, she brings a strong foundation in compliance, creative problem-solving, and effective communication.
As our Director of First Impressions, Vivian plays a key role in shaping the client experience from the moment they walk through our doors. She warmly welcomes clients and visitors with a friendly, professional presence and ensures they are guided to the resources or team members they need.
Outside of work, Vivian enjoys cooking and baking new recipes, often experimenting with creative dishes to share with family. She also loves spending time outdoors, especially on nature walks with her husband and their pup, Ruby June.
